Nursing Assistant - Float Pool
About The Position
Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Float Pool team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. Position Summary: The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, utilizing their skill and expertise to complement other health care providers. No prior experience needed. Candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment that has a lot of variety. Units that candidate will float to include: neurology, ortho, oncology, med-surg/ surgical, ICU/critical care, cardiac telemetry, and observation.
Requirements
- All candidates must be current on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry OR be an LPN student or a Jr. level nursing student, which means completion of first quarter clinicals with an accredited RN or LPN program.
Nice To Haves
- Currently validated CPR skills preferred
