About The Position
In this role, Nursing Assistants support physicians and nurses by facilitating smooth clinic operations through tasks such as rooming patients, performing basic assessments like measuring vitals, and managing patient transportation needs. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED -OR- on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry upon hire
- One year experience providing hands on patient care
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Effective communicator and listener
- Organized and adaptive in fast-paced clinic settings
- Accurate observation and documentation skills
- Computer and EHR proficiency
- Team-oriented with basic clinical knowledge
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
