Presbyterian Homes - Optage Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide to join the team. This position must be willing to float to to communities surrounding Waukesha/Lake Country. Must provide own transportation, mileage reimbursement available. Must have current Wisconsin certification. Monday-Friday daytime hours and felxibility to work weekends as needed. As an Optage caregiver, you will be serving clients in various locations in the Waukesha/Lake Country area, providing individualized one on one care. Schedules are designed to minimize the amount of traveling you will be doing.
