Our 14-bed Transitional Care Unit is small enough to get to know your co-workers and residents yet large enough to provide you with opportunities and room to grow. We are seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA, NAR) to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Wyoming, MN. This role is responsible for providing hands-on care and support services for our senior/adult transitional care unit patients.
