The Clinical Associate (CA) functions as a member of the patient care team. The CA is responsible for providing direct patient care and any assigned duties as designated by his/her competency level to ensure optimal patient care. The CA works under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

  • Provide direct patient care and any assigned duties as designated by competency level.
  • Ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain a clean patient care environment and uphold all principles of infection control.
  • Promote teamwork and nurture relationships within the healthcare team.
  • Provide exceptional service and/or care to all patients, customers, and team members.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all patients, customers, and team members.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association.
  • CNA License or enrollment in an RN program.
  • 1 Year of Position-Related Experience.
  • Additional $2.50 per hour differential pay for Float Pool.
