Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- American Heart Association BLS required
- New grads welcome; no prior long-term care or EMR experience required
- Compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting)
- Provide support for patient monitoring and documentation
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver safe and effective care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment
- Complete training and orientation with preceptor guidance (7-10 shifts)
