Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of clinical experience in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Support the Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model by honoring patient and family perspectives.
• Communicate and share complete and unbiased information with patients and families.
• Encourage and support patient and family participation in care and decision-making.
• Collaborate with patients and families in the delivery of care.
