Courtyards, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Aide/Caregiver. Courtyards at Lake Granbury, a premier retirement community in Granbury, TX, provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role offers flexible scheduling and utilizes cutting-edge technology such as SafelyYou (AI video technology for fall detection), Advanced EHR Technologies (automated care assessments), Sage (improving call light response time), and Microsoft Power BI (for data needs) to enhance resident lives and streamline work. Nice To Haves

High school graduate or GED preferred.
Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
