About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator serves as a key partner to the Chief Nursing Officer and members of the executive team, providing executive-level administrative, operational, and project support. This role exercises independent judgment in managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that the executive team is supported effectively. The coordinator will be responsible for organizing meetings, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between departments. Additionally, the role involves handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably at an executive level.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
