The Order Fulfillment Coordinator supports daily operations by managing inbound and outbound orders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably with experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment
  • This role requires prior experience in the Green Industry, with a strong emphasis on nursery operations.
  • Demonstrated plant identification knowledge across trees, shrubs, and ornamental materials is required.
  • Working knowledge of nursery inventory, plant care, and seasonal considerations is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Experience handling landscape supplies, construction supplies, or other parts helpful
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive purchase orders and company transfers
  • Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and transfers
  • Stock product in correct warehouse location
  • Pull orders and assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment
