The Order Fulfillment Coordinator supports daily operations by managing inbound and outbound orders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably with experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment
- This role requires prior experience in the Green Industry, with a strong emphasis on nursery operations.
- Demonstrated plant identification knowledge across trees, shrubs, and ornamental materials is required.
- Working knowledge of nursery inventory, plant care, and seasonal considerations is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to work quickly and accurately
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience handling landscape supplies, construction supplies, or other parts helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive purchase orders and company transfers
- Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and transfers
- Stock product in correct warehouse location
- Pull orders and assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment
