The Nurse's Aide / Mental Health Worker position in the Young Adult Unit is a part-time role during the day shift (7:30am - 4pm) and includes working rotating weekends. In this role, the Nurse's Aide thrives at the bedside as invaluable care providers, providing compassionate patient focus and performing select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. The Nurse's Aide complements the nursing process by assisting in the individualized care of patients, improving the patient's experience, and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Responsibilities include measuring and recording temperatures, pulses, respiration, and blood pressure.
