About The Position
At Great Oaks Landscape, our passion drives us to be leaders in the landscape industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Nursery Yard Associate to join our team at our Novi nursery. Position Overview: The Nursery Yard Associate will support the Nursery Foreman and team in maintaining an organized, clean, and healthy nursery environment while assisting with daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience operating forklifts and/or skid steers required
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of plant materials is a plus, but not required
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the Nursery Foreman with maintaining organization, plant health, and overall cleanliness of the nursery yard
- Load and unload plant materials for deliveries (incoming and outgoing)
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and skid steers (experience required)
- Support general nursery operations as needed
