About The Position
Florida Aquatic Nurseries is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Nursery Workers/Farm Workers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work outdoors in a vibrant environment, surrounded by plants and nature. We have been a staple in the industry for over 60 years, and as we expand our production, we are looking for dedicated associates who are eager to contribute to our growth. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 40 hours a week. This role is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and have a passion for horticulture. As a Nursery Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to plant care and maintenance. This includes planting, watering, and nurturing plants to ensure their healthy growth. You will also assist in the organization and upkeep of the greenhouse, ensuring that all plants are properly cared for and that the work environment is clean and efficient. The position requires individuals who can work well in a team and are willing to learn and adapt to the needs of the nursery. In addition to a competitive hourly wage of $14.00, we offer incentive pay based on performance, allowing you to increase your earnings based on the speed and quality of your work.
