About The Position

Become a part of the Banana Moon Day Nurseries family as a Nursery Room Leader. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will develop strong relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring they are actively involved in their child's learning journey. Requirements

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Organizational skills to manage the daily operations of your room effectively.
• A genuine passion for working with children and facilitating their learning and development.
