About The Position

Nursery Generalist Full-time and part-time available; weekend availability during peak seasons. Starting pay: $15.16 - 15.66/hr. depending on experience. Seasonal position, running from date of hire through approximately mid-July. What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming manner. Answer basic questions about plants, products, and care (and connect customers with experts when needed). Help maintain clean, organized retail spaces and well-cared-for plants. Promote featured products and sales and assist with POS transactions. Assist with loading deliveries and planting trees, shrubs, and perennials. Support production tasks such as potting, unloading shipments, and grounds maintenance. Assist with receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise. Help with basic administrative tasks and data entry. Provide general support across departments including Receiving, Garden Shop, Production, Delivery, Outside, and Greenhouse. Preferred Experience: Experience working with plants or interest in horticulture. Previous retail or customer service experience.
