About The Position
Join Our Caring Team as a Licensed Practical/ Registered Nurse! Are you a compassionate, dedicated Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents? We invite you to join our team at Evergreen, where we prioritize exceptional resident care in a warm and supportive environment! This position is 4 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45am) for a total of 15.5 hours per week. This position includes an every other weekend and holiday rotation. What Youll Do: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity Monitor vital signs and health status, ensuring the best possible outcomes Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness What Were Looking For: A current LPN/RN license in Wisconsin A genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to resident care Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively A positive attitude and a compassionate approach to nursing Why Join Us? Requirements
- A current LPN/RN license in Wisconsin
- A genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to resident care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
