Requirements
- Prior nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build personalized care plans in a functional medicine setting
- Partner closely with providers to deliver seamless, holistic care
- Equip patients with the tools and resources they need to truly heal
- Manage acute care needs with confidence and calm
- Show up for patients across every stage of life
