We are seeking compassionate and dedicated nurses to join our amazing team of Associates to care for our Senior population. Requirements

Current MA LPN/RN registration
Previous experience working with Seniors in an Assisted Living environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assists in the provision of care and services to residents.
Assists in the assessment of Residents and assists in the establishment of a resident service plan.
Acts as a liaison between residents and family members.
Coordinates and documents personal care services, medical appointments and access to skilled services when indicated.
Oversees emergency response procedures and responds to medical emergencies.
