About The Position
Manage the Health Center, providing top quality care to campers and staff for the duration of the summer
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Registered Nurse or LPN licensed in New Jersey as minimum
- Valid NJ driver's license required
- Candidate must be able to provide up to date vaccination record as per the executive order.
- Must be available for the full camp season
Nice To Haves
- Experience with developmentally disabled preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain infirmary for quartering of ill campers during season.
- Conduct medical screening of residential campers and staff
- Review camper medical records, administer daily distribution of medicine, & create plans that adhere to camper needs
- Ensure allergies are handled safely and that campers with dietary restrictions are taken care of during mealtimes
- Maintain communication with night nurse concerning camper/ staff medical situations.
