About The Position

Hillcrest Elementary is seeking a qualified registered nurse to join our team. The position is critical in ensuring the health and safety of our students. The start date for this position is to be determined, and the pay grade is AP-01, with an annual commitment of 187 days.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program.
• Valid registered nurse license (RN) from the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Current automatic external defibrillator (AED) and cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificates.
• Two years of nursing experience.

• Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health appraisals to identify student health defects.
• Implement health policies and procedures.

• Write routine reports and correspondence related to student health.
