Make a Difference The Nurse Transplantation Coordinator directs the coordination of care for Stem Cell Transplantation patients. Coordinating all aspects of patient care for this population of patients, including education, multidisciplinary referrals, data tracking, diagnostics, determining protocol eligibility, treatment orders, consents, and other activities essential to the patient’s overall care.
Requirements
- 2 year/Associate degree in nursing (Required)
Nice To Haves
- 4 years/Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Two years oncology clinical nursing
- Four years of oncology/SCT clinical nursing
Responsibilities
- directs the coordination of care for Stem Cell Transplantation patients.
- Coordinating all aspects of patient care for this population of patients, including education, multidisciplinary referrals, data tracking, diagnostics, determining protocol eligibility, treatment orders, consents, and other activities essential to the patient’s overall care.
