We have Full Time and Part Time Nurse Technician positions available at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist located in Brooklyn, NY. Three weekend is required for the first 2 years of employment (every Saturday & Sunday). Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program
- Nurse Technician/ Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year experience as Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
