Nurse Technician The Nursing Technician performs basic patient care by assisting in the treatment and care of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse. This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Texas: Plainview Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts. Work Status Available: Per Diem / On Call Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies. Shifts Available: Variable

Requirements

• A nursing student enrolled in a professional school of nursing (RN) program with successful course completion of Medical/Surgical Nursing and Fundamentals of Nursing & Skills, and maintains enrollment.
• Or A graduate of a professional school of nursing (RN) who has taken but not successfully completed the State board of Nursing examination within the first year following graduation.
• After one year will be demoted to a non-licensed position.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
