The Nurse Technician provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). In this role, you will support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), assist with dressing changes, and perform treatments and procedures within the scope of your nursing program training and Washington State regulations. You will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for residents while delivering high-quality care. Pay: $29.70/hour + shift differentials Shift Requirements: Minimum of 4 shifts per month At least 2 shifts must be on weekends Participation in a holiday rotation is required Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services or designee.
