Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Certified in CPR by approved program that meets the state and federal regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems and basic technology tools (preferred).
• One year of clinical experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing team members on your assigned neighborhood and shift.
• Coordinate and direct clinical and administrative aspects of nursing services.
• Support team accountability, including initiating disciplinary procedures when needed.
• Promote personal and professional growth of staff.
• Establish and maintain effective interdepartmental working relationships and promote guest relations.
• Conduct conferences and discussions with personnel to encourage participation in formulating departmental policies, promote initiatives, solve problems, and present new procedures.
• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Oversee and implement individualized care plans from admission through ongoing updates.
• Foster a safe, positive, and relationship-centered environment for residents and staff.
• Support the planning of nursing education programs for all levels of personnel.
