Openings: (1) Full-Time – Monday-Friday - 7am-3pm (2) Part-Time - 11pm-7am Your Impact: Lead your nursing team with confidence, providing direction and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff. Conduct regular rounds to ensure every resident receives the highest quality of care. Be the calm in the storm during emergencies, managing incidents with professionalism and compassion. Communicate openly with families and healthcare teams, creating a collaborative atmosphere focused on resident wellbeing. Mentor and develop your staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth. #IND3

Requirements

  • A valid RN license
  • At least 1.5 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
  • A passion for leadership and a desire to inspire your team.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills paired with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • The flexibility to work a designated weekend or overnight schedule based on your selected opening.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus!
