Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Long-Term Care Lorien Elkridge | Howard County, MD Lorien Elkridge is now hiring an Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our award-winning senior living and long-term care team. Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license
  • Minimum 5 years of Long-Term Care experience
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to make independent clinical and operational decisions
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead with professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Oversee evening nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, including clinical guidance and mentoring
  • Conduct resident assessments and oversee care planning
  • Ensure accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Maintain compliance with CPR and First Aid standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Train, coach, and develop nursing staff
  • Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and accountability
