About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join a well-established healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned Registered Nurse with strong supervisory experience, particularly in Behavioral Health settings. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-quality patient care delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience , including at least 5 years in a supervisory role .
• Minimum 2 years of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) experience in Behavioral Health .
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program (Required).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (Primary Source Verification required).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) (Preferred).

Responsibilities
