We are seeking a dedicated Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor to support our clinical team, guide excellence in Home Health care delivery, and ensure every patient receives the timely, compassionate care they deserve. Position Overview As our Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor, you will be a cornerstone of our Home Health program providing clinical oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting RN Case Managers, and partnering with leadership to maintain the high standard of care Interim HealthCare is known for. Requirements

  • Active RN license in Oklahoma
  • Two years of experience in Home Health nursing required
  • Knowledge of OASIS, CMS Home Health regulations, and documentation standards
  • Compassionate leadership style and strong communication skills
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and support clinical staff

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to RN Case Managers and LPNs
  • Review OASIS documentation, clinical notes, plans of care, and orders
  • Ensure timely initiation of care and regulatory-compliant Home Health processes
  • Assist with QAPI initiatives and performance improvement
  • Monitor clinical indicators, visit frequencies, and care coordination
  • Uphold standards aligned with CMS, state regulations, and agency policies
  • Conduct joint visits and provide mentorship and coaching
  • Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary care planning
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and support teams
  • Promote smooth transitions of care and clear communication
  • Ensure the Home Health team delivers care grounded in our Homelife Enrichment philosophy
