About the Role: As a Nurse Supervisor at Neighborhood, you’ll use your training, organizational skills, attention to detail, and influencing skills as you perform nursing tasks and help ensure an excellent patient experience. You will be primarily based at our Bridgeview location, 1050 Niagara St. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed. Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing school
  • Five years of nursing experience, minimum
  • Must possess a current NYS LPN license
  • Must have current CPR certification
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work proactively and take initiative
  • Results-oriented; creative and persistent in accomplishing tasks
  • Solutions-driven with a systems orientation
  • Highly responsive, timely, accurate and thorough in follow-up and follow-through
  • Highly flexible, positive and results-oriented attitude
  • Excellent in managing shifting priorities and timelines
  • Outstanding project and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable using document management software
  • Proficiency in Adobe and database management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Supervises site-level customer service and medical assistant staff
  • Monitors site-level medical assistants and nursing staff performance
  • Monitors site-level schedules and coordinates flow of day
  • Coordinates across the site to optimize flow of the day
