About The Position

The Nurse Supervisor plays a key leadership role in our fast-paced fertility clinic, overseeing the daily operations of the clinical team to ensure exceptional, compassionate patient care. This position provides direct supervision and support to nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Serving as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams, the Nurse Supervisor ensures smooth coordination of care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards. Above all, this role is dedicated to upholding the highest quality and safety standards for every patient we serve. Hours: Day shift, Monday - Friday, with weekend and holiday rotation.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED and Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field (BSN preferred) required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of nursing or clinical healthcare experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Familiar with medical billing platforms utilized in clinic and physician practice settings.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in reproductive endocrinology, OB/GYN, or fertility preferred

Responsibilities

  • Direct and evaluate daily clinical and business functions to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and maintain cost-effective practices.
  • Develop policies and procedures; ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, evaluations, and motivation of all personnel.
  • Lead facility committees (e.g., Quality Improvement, Risk Management) and maintain a safe environment.
  • Create and evaluate marketing strategies, manage patient referral systems, and represent the facility publicly.
  • Advise and support the Board of Managers and Medical Director with insights on market trends and facility performance.
