About The Position
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible and accountable for organizing and directing all aspects of nursing services. Works collaboratively with the Unit Director in supporting clinic operations and patients throughout. Serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for nursing's reputation and performance. The Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, finance, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership & professional development.
