About The Position

LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our Assisted Living community. We offer a continuum of care which includes assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within. Join our team as a Nurse Supervisor: Full-time, Day Shift, On Call Rotation, Salaried with Benefits, $85k-110k, dependent upon experience. RN license required.

Requirements

• Active WI Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Previous leadership experience (formally or informally) preferred
• Knowledge of MDS and Medicare a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON with supervising care and management and clinical staff
• Assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service to meet the nursing needs of our residents while maintaining quality and following process and procedures
• Work and fill in as a floor nurse to ensure proper staffing when needed
• Assist with planning and participating in in-service training and orientation programs
• Ensure that all resident care plans are being followed at all times
• Ensure that all resident move-in procedures are being completed as scheduled
• Ensure that all resident change-outs are being completed as scheduled
• Ensure that all resident on-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled
• Ensure that all resident off-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled
• Ensure that all residents' needs are being met at the unit as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned
