Join us and make a difference in someone’s life. Southview Manor (formerly Southview Care) is a large inner-city skilled nursing (medical) facility. We have multiple levels of care, including long term care and a large behavioral health population. Many of them were previously homeless. We have a 5 Star Quality measure – this means we provide excellent clinical care! The average age of our patients is 35-55 and the most common diagnoses are bi-polar and major depressive disorders. The Staff and patients are welcoming and say hello as you walk through the hallways. The Metra and the Green Line are just a few blocks away.
