The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.

  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents and team members.
  • Create staffing schedules that ensures the provision of quality nursing care.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
  • Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
  • Ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana QMA or CNA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
