About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Jefferson County area. The company's founding principle is that healthcare improves when clients receive care in their homes, the place they prefer to be. Delivering compassionate care is their highest priority. This role involves providing 1:1 care to adult clients on weekends. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, with various diagnoses and acuity levels. The organization provides extensive paid training, including in-office, in-home, and online modules, as well as practice with award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs, to ensure nurses are comfortable and competent from their first shift. They also offer 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with adult clients on the weekends
