Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active RN License (Rhode Island)
- Current BLS Certification
- 3+ years in community health, acute care, or emergency/urgent care settings
- Proven experience coordinating care with primary care providers
- Supervisory or management experience
- Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making
- Natural ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently and within interdisciplinary teams
- Meticulous about documentation, compliance, and quality standards
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
