Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Active RN License (Rhode Island)
  • Current BLS Certification
  • 3+ years in community health, acute care, or emergency/urgent care settings
  • Proven experience coordinating care with primary care providers
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making
  • Natural ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and within interdisciplinary teams
  • Meticulous about documentation, compliance, and quality standards
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
