Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN or LVN license in Texas
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Dependable with the ability to work assigned shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and report any changes promptly
- Supervise and support CNA staff during the shift
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
