Nurse (RN/LPN) - Beverwyck

Trinity HealthSlingerlands, NY
Onsite

About The Position

Eddy Village Green at Beverwyck is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join their weekend team, working every Saturday and Sunday from 7a-7p. This unique setting follows the Green House® model, featuring two ranch‑style homes, each with 12 residents, for a total of 24 elders. Nurses enjoy a smaller, person-centered care environment. The Green House® Model Community promotes autonomy, dignity, and relationship-based care, with each home including private rooms, private baths, and a family-style kitchen and living/dining area. This model empowers elders to maintain their routines and supports meaningful connections between nurses, C.N.A.s, and residents. Eddy Village Green at Beverwyck is part of a culture-changing approach in long-term care, emphasizing a home-like environment over a traditional facility. Empowered Care Teams work in a collaborative, flattened hierarchy, with C.N.A.s (Shahbazim in Green House language) taking on expanded roles in daily life, and nurses serving as mentors, clinical guides, and partners. This relationship-based care leads to deeper, individualized relationships with residents, supporting emotional well‑being and reducing burnout. Green House communities are known nationally for higher resident satisfaction, improved quality metrics, and increased staff engagement.
