About The Position

LPNs and RNs wanted for small homelike facility - care for same 12 patients everyday -- low key environment! Make a difference in lives of people with intellectual disabilities - 1:3 staff/resident ratio. Join us and practice holistic nursing with an experienced long-term and dedicated team! We are seeking per diem nurses to work days or overnights. Competitive differentials can bring your base rate up! Dress c asual and work in a small home environment to support our 12 clients in having full and complete lives.

Requirements

Active Maine RN or LPN, in good standing.

Responsibilities

Serves as a resource for other direct service, dietary, and housekeeping staff.
Meets the nursing care needs of each individual as outlined in the nursing care plan.
Implements physician's orders, including administration of medication.
Completes all paperwork as required by applicable regulations, laws, Spurwink policy, and procedure.
Communicates nursing concerns and issues to the physician, DON, and other direct service staff.
Knows and implements all individual active treatment programs
