Requirements
- 2026 nursing graduates with an ADN or BSN
- Internal Baystate Health employees
- External candidates who do not work at Baystate
- Future RNs eager to grow, learn, and succeed in a supportive environment
- Associates Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association
- Registered Nurse - State of MassachusettsState of MassachusettsState of Massachusetts
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured, unit-based orientation
- Receive guidance from experienced educators, preceptors, managers, and program leaders
- Apply classroom knowledge at the bedside while strengthening clinical judgment and critical thinking
