About The Position
The Nurse Residency Program at AdventHealth is designed for new graduate registered nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive nursing care under the supervision of experienced preceptors. This full-time position allows new nurses to develop their skills in various units, including Medical/Surgical, PCU, Critical Care, and Emergency Department, while adhering to the nursing process and corporate compliance standards. The program aims to transition nurses into independent practice after successful completion of training.
