About The Position
Ascension's Nurse Residency Program is intended for new graduate nurses with less than 1 year acute care experience. It assists novice nurses in the first year to transition from student to professional. Layered learning is used to create professional growth, including simulations, skills labs, and didactic sessions, along with monthly development classes on topics applicable to all clinical settings.
