About The Position
The Nurse Residency Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Upstate University Hospital Nurse Residency Program. This role includes teaching, facilitating, and updating seminar content, as well as implementing initiatives that align with the ANCC PTAP Accreditation criteria. The coordinator will also manage events related to the Nurse Residency Program and maintain relationships with nursing programs and students in the community.
