The Nurse Recruiter directs the facility recruitment strategy targeting qualified nurse candidates. The Nurse Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of Nurse (RN/LPN) recruitment objectives, Manages the recruitment and selection process for assigned exempt and non-exempt positions to include the development and implementation of recruitment plans, recruitment advertising programs, recruitment metrics, and recruitment related activities and initiatives. Directly posts, sources passive candidates, negotiates salary, and closes candidate's offers. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload. Ensures compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements, and relevant employment laws. Develops and maintains nursing school relationship, reporting recruitment statistics, networking, and special projects assigned.
