About The Position

We’re expanding in the San Antonio area and are looking for dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to make a lasting difference in their communities. As a Primary Care Provider, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients — emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. You’ll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and work–life balance.

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (or eligible).
  • Board certified/board eligible.
  • Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and clinical judgment.
  • Passion for patient-centered, value-based care.
  • Masters Degree from accredited Nursing Program.
  • 3+ years in Primary Care.
  • Valid State Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Current State D.E.A. Certificate.
  • Certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies (ANCC or AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Gerontology NP.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of experience working with a multicultural patient population delivering patient-centric programs that are high quality and cost effective, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
  • Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.
  • Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.
