About The Position

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, gather history, identify risk factors, and perform physical/psychosocial exams. Diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other modalities. Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders, often under state regulations. Work with counselors, social workers, physicians, and other team members to coordinate holistic client care.

• Patients are seen in a timely manner.

• Documentation is complete.
• Appropriate follow-up care is planned.
• Follows physician direction.
• Patient safety protocols are adhered to.
• Assists in triaging patients.
• Triage protocols are followed.
• Patients are seen in appropriate time
• Physician and Mid-Level clinician time is productive.
