Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Watson Primary Care office located at 7419 Watson Road. This opportunity is for a full-time opening Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays, focusing on outpatient clinical practice.

Requirements

Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

Responsibilities

Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
