We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery who will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to train alongside a diverse surgeon team, develop procedural expertise, and ultimately practice with a high degree of independence and collaboration. The NP will support the perioperative pediatric otolaryngology service line, serving as an integral member of the pediatric otolaryngology team, ensuring seamless coordination of care across the emergency department, inpatient wards, intensive care unit, operating room, and outpatient clinics. This individual will help to drive innovations in perioperative protocols, multidisciplinary collaboration, and electronic care pathways that contribute to patient safety, care efficiency, and quality outcomes. Candidates should be compassionate, highly motivated to learn and become independent, goal-oriented, and dedicated to caring for children with complex pediatric otolaryngology needs. Prior experience in pediatric or surgical care is highly desirable.
