About The Position

Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical facility such as clinic, health center, or public health agency, under direction of Physician, by performing the following duties. Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner in Rockford, Illinois. The practice will be located at both our Mercyhealth - Alpine Clinic location. Requirements

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and ability to pass credentialing process
Endocrinology, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or applicable nursing experience preferred
2-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
